This wedding was amazing! Jenica and Garrett along with their family and friends were amazing!! The minute I saw Jenica and her getting ready room I saw ‘old chicago’, well what I picture it to be :) Very romantic with an old elegance style. We had a blast and it was SO hard for me to pick favorites for the blog so enough chit-chat and on to the photos!!

Their ceremony and reception was held at Fulton’s on the River located downtown Chicago. Don’t you love the branches!

The brown and red colors were so rich and perfect for the season and space. Dilly Lily designed all the bouquets and the venue details. They were perfect! I think this was my favorite cake of the season!! Amy Beck Cake Design did such a great job. The favors were bottles of Jenica’s father’s BBQ sauce recipe with custom labels. People were swarming the area watching out for them so I knew it must have been good!

The nights shots were a blast to take!!! I love the old feeling mixed with such urban textures. I definitely did some experimenting and was SO pleased with my results!!! Can you believe that heart below?!?! I had my 2nd shooter run around behind them with a light drawing hearts and we finally nailed one! They had to hold super still for multiple seconds, thanks guys!
