Gorgeous right?  St. Louis based couple Marisa & Tony decided to have a destination wedding in my favorite place…San Francisco!  Many bay area residents know that the city name of SF lends to many different surrounding regions :)  So let me specify, their lovely ceremony took place in the hills of Oakland and reception in the oh-so wonderful Sonoma Valley…come see! I had the pleasure of joining the couple and their families for dinner by sea (night before wedding day) aka rehearsal dinner :)  Setting sail from Pier 40 by AT&T Park.  By the way, I’ll put all of their vendor details at the end it makes it much easier to find!

Even though it was the most perfect day outside with bright sun and breeze, inside this amazing Greek Orthodox church was beautiful!  The colors and textures were simply amazing.

Shuttles transported the families and guests to Sonoma Valley where the dinner reception continued at a  wonderful and intimate winery.  The bridal party was a lot of fun – joking and laughing constantly.

The bridesmaids wore an incredible shade of champagne/gold colored dresses with cream accents.

Beautiful!!  The grapes were still itty-bitty since it was April but the leaves never fail to have the California glow :)

I love the natural detailing of everything.  When you have a wedding in such a gorgeous location keeping it simple is usually the best way to go.

The best man and maid of honor speeches were great!!  Non-stop laughing and look at this incredible food!

The night ended with fantastic live music, dessert and greek dancing!  Opah!
