Whew! This past weekend my bff flew into SF for a girlie bachelorette weekend! I was a bit disgusted when hunting for fun props for her to wear on her big night out…even searched Etsy. So what did this maid-of-honor-who-loves-crafting do?! I made one of course! I wanted it to scream fun and girlie not veils and body parts (catching my drift). Here’s a rough and quick how-to for a diy bachelorette badge!

1. Purchase Paper Source’s circle note cards.

2. Trick your inkjet printer to print on the circle card. Use removable double stick tape and adhere the circle to the middle of a 8.5×11 sheet of paper.

3. I created this lovely chevron pattern to print on 8.5×11 paper. Don’t forget to make sure your paper is correctly placed to print on the circle!

4. Once printed, slowly remove the circle from the paper. Viola!

5. Because I didn’t want to spend all day trying to align text to print on the circle. I printed “Bachelorette” (Simply Glamorous font) on another piece of colored paper. Cut out the pattern so it could fit right on top of the chevron print on the circle.

6. Glue around the circle’s edges, lots of store bought confetti, let dry. Then I took small pieces of mylar tissue paper and folded/glued around the edging.

7. Glued another circle so that you don’t see the mess behind :) Then hot glue a pin clasp (purchased from any craft store).
