Whoot it’s Friday! And a rainy one at that. Yesterday, I was featured on Style Me Pretty for one oh-so pretty style shoot! We had such a fun team working their magic to help inspire all engaged couples that their home is where the heart is. When thinking of a theme or style for your wedding, cozy things up with inspirations from you very own home/apartment. I was extra excited that we did an indoor, rockin glam, pretty patterned, vintage mix type of wedding shoot. And this San Francisco venue is HOT (so is the model’s makeup)! Vendors listed at the end! It hit stands last week in Chicago, and luckily they were kind enough to mail me a copy out here to CA. Always such a high to see your work printed and to be reminded how GORG my couples really are. Kristen and Gene had a classically retro big day in the windy city, and their one year anniversary is next month! Wow, time flies! Thanks to The Knot for the feature!

Happy Friday! I’m going on 4 hours of sleep so I’ve had better Fridays ;) But as soon as I received the tweet that 100 Layer Cake posted Michelle and Jacob’s oh-so cute wedding, coffee couldn’t jolt the excitement I had! Whoo hoo it’s Friday! Perfect day to be featured on 100 Layer Cake for a Kate Spade inspired photo shoot of San Francisco event designers Sitting in a Tree Events and Enjoy Events Co.! The lovely ladies played, partied and planned at the amazing space of The Collection Event Studio located in Sonoma (one stop shop for all things weddings). I love the Bay Area for it’s collaborative feel in the wedding industry. Sometimes industry egos fly and competitive streaks take over…but not here! Did you miss me?! Hehe, I’m back in San Francisco from a successful week of photographing more custom stationery for Cheree Berry Paper’s new website (coming in a few months). And we had the pleasure of having some of the wedding invitation images from the last two photo shoots featured on 100 Layer Cake the same week! If you missed it, see them here!

What a nice little surprise to start my day off! Our delightful gelato themed bridal shower is featured on Ruffled, yay! Such a pleasure working with the ladies of Enjoy Events Co., Eel & Ermine, La Fleuriste, Wiley Valentine, One True Love Vintage, our makeup artist Alifa and lovely models! We wanted to create a springy, colorful and tasty party for the ‘bride-to-be’ and I think our style shoot did just that. From diy tissue flowers, color dipped wooden spoons, custom paper goods, vivid poppy flowers against the clean, white environment of a vintage San Francisco apartment. Big thanks to Brieanne of Chalk + Dot for letting us crash her dining room! Be sure to check out all the yummy images over at Ruffled here! Jumping for joy this Wednesday to my little photo silo of Cheree Berry’s New York City skyline invitation featured in Darcy’s Editor Note! It’s small contribution but put a mighty smile on my face today ;) Page 44 to be exact. The magazine is wedding heaven and full of fantastically dreamy details. Cheers to Spring!
