Yay! The last Paper Source holiday catalog will be mailed by the end of this week to hopefully get to you in time for your holiday shopping! I visited my local Paper Source and found that the new catalog was out just not mailed yet! The catalog is on heavy mat paper so it doesn’t quite translate the same online but is extremely fabulous in person! Pick one up or if you don’t live in a Paper Source town – go online to subscribe! So I was doing a little web style shopping this morning (yes I do shop at Paper Source!) and had one of those ‘wait a second…’ moments! Ha! I came across some photos I shot for Paper Source a few weeks ago. My shots featured here are the ones in the banner/header of each page. There could be more online but these are the ones I came across first. I have yet to see the holiday catalog that I shot for…I’ve been told it may or may not come out. That’s how the business goes – some photos make it, others don’t :) But I will keep you posted…I thought these would be fun to share! (more…)

Whew! Today was very eventful…I felt like I photographed million items! Another great day at Paper Source – lots of stuff to do, I barely came up to breathe! I had a fabulous time with this experience, and I hope to do more in the future :) Thanks to John, Lisa, and Elaine for all their help – it was such a pleasure meeting everyone! Hi! I know I’ve been slacking on the blogging…but busy doesn’t seem to describe things quite right! CRAZY! Thanks for being patient, regular posts will continue soon. So in the meantime, enjoy these photos from today – my first day shooting with Paper Source. All went well, everyone was super friendly and helpful and even though this experience will only last 2 days, until their photographer comes back…it was refreshing to do some product photography again! Daily Candy beat me to it! They featured Up in the Air Somewhere a couple days ago in the Chicago edition! I totally thought wedding centerpieces and wedding registry gifts when I saw these items! To die for! I’m a big fan of neutrals and hand-made ceramics. You have to check out their paper vessels, especially the gold. (more…)

Absolutely delightful! Sarah, owner of Cursive Design, had the sunniest booth during the super rainy day!! Lots of warm colors! I was immediately drawn to her twiggums! Forever flowers made out of recycled paper vellum to keep your home or apartment dreary-free! Just add them to your favorite twigs at home or wedding centerpieces! Check out her site for more!

Without a doubt, Kindling was one of my favs at Renegade!! The shapes, use of natural surroundings and simplicity drew me completely in. Automatically, I thought what incredible wedding reception centerpieces but even better – I need one for myself! Check out their etsy shop! (more…)
