Well hello everyone!  The blog crickets are in full force, but that’s what happens when I travel!  I depart from Chicago today and fly on over to St. Louis for a fantastic wedding on Saturday…then it’s finally time to head back home to San Francisco.  But I just had to share the oh-so fabulous wedding of Lauren and Brandon!  If it’s not Lauren’s giddy smiles that win you over, it will for sure be the rainy romance that we experienced that day.  Fall was crisp in the air, and the history of their love kept all of us warm and fuzzy.   (more…)

Grace and Geoff (view engagement) were an absolutely beautiful and smiley couple!  Their wedding started the season of travels for me – flying back to Chicago from San Francisco many times until winter.  And what a fantastic one to start it all off!  They were completely smitten with one another and surrounded with fantastic family and friends. Wow, time flies!  Seems like yesterday, I was at the Lincoln Park Zoo & Animal Farm with Amy and Luke for their engagement session!  It was my pleasure to be part of such a delightful day of special moments. Gorgeous right?  St. Louis based couple Marisa & Tony decided to have a destination wedding in my favorite place…San Francisco!  Many bay area residents know that the city name of SF lends to many different surrounding regions :)  So let me specify, their lovely ceremony took place in the hills of Oakland and reception in the oh-so wonderful Sonoma Valley…come see! Greetings from one of Chicago’s airports!! My life has been insane the past few weeks with moving and work that I’m enjoying the extra time to catch up at my local airport before my next wedding, ha! Thanks for your patience again and again. Absolutely had to share this amazing photo opp idea for weddings! Take a sneak peek at Traci and Marty’s wedding photography! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I can’t say that enough about Traci and Marty. Held at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens in Brentwood, TN – you couldn’t have asked for a better day of weather, incredible photography light and the ones they love. Can I just say that when I was prepping for this sneak peek, tears were rolling as I remembered how sweet Traci and Marty were with one another. I promised on my “town of toasted ravioli post” to display some wedding photos from my trip down to St. Louis for Stephanie and Jim’s wedding! I’ve been told by several people that I must of brought spring with me that weekend (mid 70s and sunny) since they had a huge snowstorm right after I left! But I think it was just the love in the air from Stephanie and Jim :) I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to work with or a more beautiful and relaxed day. You guys truly made my work day easy!
