This photo session was extra exciting because it was my first green vegetation, flowers blooming Chicago spring experience this season! While we were in California, I guess the warm weather and rain helped move spring into the area finally! Super fun and laid back couple, it was Shana’s first time actually walking through Millennium Park. Perfect setting for their engagement photos since both work in the architecture field! (more…)
One of my favorite San Francisco florists, Nancy Liu Chin Designs shares 2009 wedding flower trends here. Also, Nancy will be posting the types of flowers available for each month of the year, May here. Brown Bag is her blog, btw :) Shout out to KC!
You won’t even believe this…no internet. One second it’s fine, the next completely GONE. I am writing from my local coffee shop with news that a technician will need to take a look (they think someone unplugged wiring in the building). This means no internet until Wednesday, which in turn means no posts. Bummer, I know. Hang tight please.
ps – did I mention my refridgerator stopped working this morning too? I will laugh about this one day…just not now :)
Peculiar Pair Press…now that’s a tongue twister! I’m in love with the patterns, textures, colors and fonts hitting the wedding invitation scene. This collage of paper goodness is totally a trend of 2009 and will roll-over into 2010! Read more from this fabulous San Francisco duo (Amy & Mary) and about the picnic in the park wedding.
If you’ve seen my FB or Twitter status, you know I’m back except you still haven’t talked to me because I’m playing production catch up! Sorry for the lack of posts, just wanted to say ‘hi’. Also, the winner for the wedding photography giveaway has been chosen (SO hard to decide!) and will be announced tomorrow morning!!!
I love San Fran for many many many reasons…it’s home. But one thing I may love more than others in the city are the inexpensive manis and pedis :) This, of course, made me think of bridal nail polish collections for you.
Btw, I’ll be back in Chicago tomorrow and definitely back to the full force grind of photo production. Don’t forget I’m announcing the winner of the “I’m Not Fooling Around” wedding photo giveway on FRIDAY!
Cute!! Did you know that they make cupcake icing in a spray can? Delish! We shot for a total of 3 days straight, and I couldn’t tell you how many times we said “where’s the tape?”! It became our savior for just about any problem. Oh and some more products that Lilly carries – mugs, cocktail shakers and umbrellas, custom wedding invitations, holiday garland, colored pencils and highlighters, oh my! (more…)
