I know you’ve been wondering what the kitties have been up to since spring arrived!? Ha! Our building hasn’t converted to air conditioning yet, and it’s been toasty these past few days. Boris has two coats of hair so we haven’t seen him around much because he cools in the shadows. He occasionally comes out of hiding to play with his favorite new toy, the gold bell! I accidentally stepped on one of the balls and broke the plastic around the bell. Best discovery ever! Desher lounges…she loves the heat! Such a cleaning diva. I love photographing animals when their most comfortable. So here are some more cat photos for your viewing pleasure.

Meet Ebi! For the past few days I was kitty-sitting Ebi for a good friend and neighbor. I noticed that they didn’t have any photos of Ebi around so I decided to have a photo shoot and surprise them with photos around the apartment! I think it’s essential to document loved ones in your life, including your pets. Professional pet photography has really come far and is a huge trend right now. Many (like myself) consider their pets as their own children so every moment is precious. Check out “I love Bostons” for some of my dog photos! Many of my close friends and family know how obsessed I am with my little kitties :) Thought I would show you what they were up to today and let me tell ya they were hard at work! HA! Taken with a point & shoot camera, you can see Desher just lays under the heater vent, sun-bathing. Boris made a new friend with the free American Greeting bunny I got from buying 4 greeting cards at the store. Oh and wonder what he’s doing in that cardboard box? It’s officially the kitty space ship that they adore - thank you wedding album binding companies for supplying my cat toys!

On a personal note, let me introduce my two little babies to you…Desher & Boris. They have the biggest personalities I have ever seen in a cat, both complete opposites too. Desher more of the sweetheart when she wants something type (red Abyssinian) and Boris the easy-going cuddler (Russian Blue). Both of them are a handful, and I can’t help but to spoil them with toys and cookies! We’ve had a lot happen in the past few months with them health wise; everything from Desher breaking her toe/surgery to Boris’s growing developments and tantrums. So be prepared to hear more on this on-going kitty adventure!
