YAY!!!  When the lovely Whitney of Southern Weddings Magazine emailed to tell us the good news, I gasped! And I imagined all our little stick guys jumping up and down, wouldn’t that be hilarious?!  You’ll find Smitten Sticks on page 12 of the new issue on stands TODAY! Now that’s some good news on this fine Wednesday morning :)

Happy Monday!  I had an unexpected delivery a couple days ago!  The Knot Missouri & Kansas fall/winter 2009 issue hot of the press!  I don’t think this issue is on stands now but will be soon (at your local bookstore).  My lovely couple, Stephanie & Jim, are featured as the first page of the “Just Married” section page 35.

You’ll also find a nice surprise on page 30 (another boutonniere photo of mine that’s featured in all the fall/winter regional magazines nationwide).  More to come on that later :)

Yay!!  Liz and Mike’s beautiful cake made the front of the ‘Best of the Midwest’ section in the newest The Knot Best of Weddings 2009!  Very on top of it Liz, emailed me and called to tell me the sweet news yesterday :)  Way to go Take the Cake, who was voted one of the best in the region!  Buy it on stands now nationwide.

Morning!  You’ll find a cute little photo that I took of one of my favorite florist spaces in Chicago in the March issue of CS Magazine on stands now (or free stands on certain corners).  Page 48 to be exact. Unfortunately, there’s been a hiccup and no photo credit was given.  I’ve been told that an apology and credit would be mentioned in the April issue.  You’d think magazines would have a better grip on these issues…nonetheless, yay for Dilly Lily!

On Fridays (well, ok I admit almost everyday) I try and play catch up on my fav blogs.  Looks like Apartment Therapy and it’s other design related sections received a face lift!  Green Home is now Re-Nest, and while reading up on how to make my poorly sealed windows more energy efficient, I came across myself!  My photo above was featured in a eco-friendly article about plates from Tuesday.  You can see my post about it here.
