Whether it’s marzipan, fondant or real it’s all about nature in 2009. The trend started appealing many in 2008 but is in full swing this upcoming year. I’ll talk more about your wedding flowers in another post but anything funky happening in mother earth’s land is happening in weddings! Also, exotic fruit and organic cake flavors will be huge.
